The text of this announcement is approved by the decision of the competition committee from 19.02.2010, and is being published according to Article 25 of the Law "On Procurements" of Republic of Armenia and with Government’s resolution of RA 24.12.2003 N1937-N

        The Ministry of Agriculture of RA which is want to acquisition Swiss, Holstein and Simental pedigree Breed Heifers is announcing the grant competition.
        in spite of being a foreign entity organization, having no citizenship are permitted to participate in the process of procurement.
        For receiving an invitation to bid it is necessary to apply to the Customer (Ministry of Agriculture of RA) till 17:00 PM of the 28 day starting from the day following the day of publication of this announcement.
        The Ministry of Agriculture is obliged to provide the Invitation of announcement to entity which hand in an application to within two working days after the receiving copy of application.
        The bids must be submitted to the address to Ministry of Agriculture of RA 122 room, Government House 3, Yerevan, 375051, Republic of Armenia, on the 30-th day starting from the day following day of publication of the announcement, at 17:00 PM, and the bids must be drawn up in Armenian, in English or in German. Participants have to present to the Ministry of Agriculture all documentation required by the tender documents of competition to evaluate conditions have been met if required.
